Hi Michael I have posted images of the current account setup. I believe to login is required at almost each start up of Ninjatrader after a full close. I have no connected accounts see screenshot. I am entering my email address, and then I select login another way and choose the magic link (emailed link) to auth.
We may want to make it clear to users what method to use to remain logged in.
Also much further below I have screenshot the notifications dialogue box, its not too helpfull as it cannot be full read, I have tested it on a Macbook and also my PC there isn’t an obvious way to read the notification or even a click through.

The best way is to use a connected account such as a Google, Microsoft or Facebook. We’re looking into adding Apple.
We’re looking into extending the expiration for the tokens to help with requiring relogging in. But, I’m not sure if the token gets reset when you log out. We’re looking into it.

When you say it doesn’t stay logged in, what does that mean exactly? Does it log you out randomly or is it just not auto logging in when you start NT? Or maybe there’s some other behavior?
Do you have a connected account or a password set up? You can find this by going into your account on sharksignals.com, click on your icon in the top right and under Profile, is there a google account connected? Under Security, is there a password set?
If neither of these are set up, then you will need to relog in each time you start the software. There’s a token saved on your computer that remembers your login details. If there’s no password or associated account, then it cannot relog you in.
